-Savannah- Ann Bowen Garrett, 66, passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at Candler Hospital.
Mrs. Garrett was born in Savannah, Georgia, was a homemaker and of the Primitive Baptist faith.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, John Dell Garrett; parents, Floyd and Thelma Bowen and brother, Everett Bowen.
Survivors include his two sons, Doug Garrett (April) of Guyton and Tony Garrett of South Carolina.; brother, Jimmy Bowen (Sherry) of Bloomingdale; sister, Ellen Weldy(Jody) of Atlanta; sister-in-laws, Pat Bowen of Savannah and Kay Williamson Dumphs (Keith) of Summerville, South Carolina; five grandchildren, Timothy Garrett, Wallace Garrett, Ashley Garrett, Autumn Garrett and Austin Garrett; two great grandchildren, Levi and Reed Garrett; a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, October 15, 2016 at Pine Street Baptist Church in Guyton, Georgia
