Betty Joyce Patrick

-Guyton- Mrs. Betty Patrick,70, passed away Tuesday, December 8, 2020, at Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Betty was born in Guyton, Georgia on July 20, 1950 to Irvin and Frances Patrick. She loved to read, watch country music videos, and shopping. Above all she enjoyed spending time with her family and talking to her loved ones on the phone.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Irvin and Frances Patrick; son, Scott Kennedy; great grandson, Dylan Helmey; brothers, David, Jimmy, and Steve; and sister, Cindy Vandiver.

Survivors include: her son, Clark Kennedy of Guyton; daughters, Shannon Fort of Bloomingdale and Crystal Houston of Guyton; grandchildren, Ciara Taylor, Megan Wilson, John Henry Fort, Michael Kennedy, Scott Kennedy, Ty Houston, Trenton Houston, and Trinity Houston; and a number of great grandchildren.

A visitation for family and friends will be held at Riggs Funeral Home on Friday, December 11, 2020, from 5-7pm. A graveside service will be held in the Guyton Cemetery on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at 11AM.
