-Springfield- Mrs. Carol Janet Hart, 72, passed away Thursday, April 10, 2014 at Westview Nursing and Rehab Center. Mrs. Hart was retired from Sears and a Baptist Mrs. Hart is preceeded in death by her parents, Edward B. Hart, Sr. and Lizette Herrington Hart and a brother, Edward Bill Hart, Sr. Survivors include: sister, Joyce Miller (Pete) of Senoia, Georgia; nieces and nephews, Billy Hart of Greenville, Georgia, Mandy Hart Aldrich (Freddy) of Springfield, Georgia, Tammy Miller - Devlin (Tim) of Senoia, Georgia and Sgt. Charles Miller of Jacksonville, North Carolina, 5 great nephews and 4 great nieces. Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 13, 2014 for 2 -4 p.m. with services to follow at 4 p.m. in the chapel of Riggs Funeral Home.
