Clyde T. McFearin, Sr.

Clyde T. McFearin, Sr., 62, passed away on Monday, February 6, 2023, at Effingham County Hospital.

Clyde was born in Savannah, Georgia on October 24, 1960, to Gene and Trudie McFearin and lived there the majority of his life. Affectionately known as Papa Bear, he will be greatly missed by his loving family and will always hold a special place in their hearts.

Survivors include: his daughters, Nicole McFearin of Rincon, Leslie McFearin (DJ) of Monroe, NC, and Taylor McFearin of Macon; son, Joshua McFearin of Las Vegas, NV; brothers, Richard McFearin of Midland, TX, Gene McFearin of Savannah, Mitchell McFearin of California, Lester McFearin of California, and David McFearin of California; nephews, Jeremiah McFearin of BFE, David McFearin of Ellabell and Timothy McFearin(Lillian) of Garland, TX; and 12 grandchildren.

A memorial visitation will be held at Carlson & Riggs Funeral Home on Friday, February 17, 2023, from 5-7pm.
