Debora Lynn Burnett

Debora Lynn Burnett, 56, passed away on Thursday, August 24, 2023, at Pruitt Health in Augusta, GA.

Debbie was born in Savannah, Georgia on November 1, 1966, to the late Acey and Leota Burnett and lived most of her life in Springfield, GA. She enjoyed spending time fishing, playing video games, and watching Scooby-Doo and NCIS. Above all, Debbie loved spending time with her family and playing with her young nieces and nephews.

Survivors include her brother Larry Burnett (Cathy) of Guyton; sisters, Brenda Zeigler of Sardis, GA, Pam Otto (Bert) of Indiana, and Ann Watson (Larry) of Indiana; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

A private interment will take place in the Silverhill United Methodist Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made in Debora’s memory to the Silverhill United Methodist Church or to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741.
