Diann Beasley

Mrs. Diann Beasley, 76, passed away Sunday, September 3, 2023, at Effingham County Hospital.

Diann was born in Guyton on June 17, 1947, to the late William and Doris Edwards. She was a member of Guyton United Methodist Church and was a very active member in the United Methodist Women’s Club for many years. For many years, she worked as a paralegal before becoming the compliance officer for Memorial Hospital. She enjoyed doing cross stitching in her free time but above all Diann enjoyed spending time with her loving family and her four-legged fur babies.

Diann is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Edward Beasley, Sr.; son, Edward Beasley, Jr. (Rebecca) of Brooklet; brother, Danny Edwards (Alice) of Springfield; sister, Shirley Riggs of Springfield; grandchildren, Emilee Beasley, Kelsey Lance (Daniel), and Austin Tuenge; and nieces and nephews, Kim and Donald Lyons, Missy and Andy Fields, and Billy Hires.

Services will be held at a later date.
