Eugene T. Griner

-Rincon- Mr. Eugene Talmadge Griner, 81, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 17, 2019, at his residence under the care of Spanish Oaks Hospice.

Mr. Eugene was born in Sylvania, Georgia on April 18, 1938 and lived there until moving to Savannah where he met his wife of 58 years, Marsha Newton Griner. He worked at National Wire in Port Wentworth, Georgia as a rebar fabricator for 20+ years. Eugene then went on to Cut Art Casting until retiring after 16 years of service. In his free time Eugene enjoyed playing his guitar and reading a good book.

Surviving are his wife, Marsha Griner; three daughters and son-in-laws, Shirley and Eugene Armstrong, Anniebell and Scott Henderson and Suzannah and Dennis Riner, Jr.; and three grandchildren, Justin Henderson, Andrew Henderson and Jordan Riner.

Graveside services will be held in the Guyton Cemetery on Sunday, June 23, 2019 at 5:30PM.
