Jefferson "Jeff" Bunch
September 3, 1975 — August 17, 2017
-Springfield- Mr. Jefferson "Jeff" Dale Bunch, 41, passed away Thursday, August 17, 2017, at his residence surrounded by his loving family.
Jeff was born in Savannah, Georgia on September 3, 1975 to James, Sr. and Kathy Bunch. He enjoyed going out to eat with his family and enjoyed cheering on his favorite Nascar driver Kyle Busch "M&M". Two of his greatest joys were spending time with his niece and nephews, and having his parents walk him around outside in nature.
Survivors include: his parents, James, Sr. "Buzzy" and Kathy Bunch of Springfield; brother, James "Dan" (Stephanie) Bunch, Jr. of Springfield; sister, Theresa (Les) Pevey of Guyton; niece, Taylor; nephews, Brannon, Chase, and TJ; and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.
His family would like to give a special thanks to Coastal Home Care (Terri Mock) and to Compassus Hospice.
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Jefferson to The Special Olympics of the Effingham County Board of Education (405 North Ash Street, Springfield, Georgia 31329) or The Shriners Hospital(2900 North Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607).
Visitation will be held at Riggs Funeral Home on Friday, August 18, 2017 from 6 - 8 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 19, 2017, in the chapel of Riggs Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Stillwell Cemetery.
