John C. Koepp, Jr.

John C. Koepp, Jr., 91, was called to our Lord's side on Saturday, August 5, 2023, at his daughter’s home in Georgia.

John was born on May 7, 1932, to John and Clara (nee Rust) Koepp of Amherst, Ohio. He was a lifelong resident of Lorain, Ohio, where he worked for the city parks department. John was a proud Korean War Veteran and a lifelong member of the VFW, Post 7576, Vermillion Chapter. In his free time, John enjoyed roller-skating, music, concerts, the beach, festivals, collecting everything, traveling, flea markets, bike week, and car shows.

He is preceded in death of his siblings: Betty, Doris, and Arnold.

Survivors include his four children: David, Dian Sue Ulrich (nee Koepp), Laurie Jo Marcario (nee Koepp) & her husband Christopher, and James all from Lorain, OH; as well as three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

A Solder's burial will take place at the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Glennville, GA on Friday, August 25, 2023, at 10am.
