Judith Carol Ballou

Judith Carol Ballou, 81, passed away Monday, March 22, 2021, at Effingham Hospital.

Mrs. Judith was born on May 29,1939 in Central City, Kentucky. She was raised in Chicago, Illinois but moved to Vero Beach, Florida to raise her family.

Known as a people person, she enjoyed her many years of bartending and working at Walmart. No matter where she was, she was always ready for a good conversation and a laugh. She loved music, painting, and most of all her cats.

She is preceded in death by: her father  Luster English: mother, Dorothy “Pat” Cole; and daughter, Audrey Ann Ballou.

Survivors include: her sons, David Bruce Ballou, and Fred Scott Ballou; and daughter, Michelle Renee Ellis (Ronnie). As well as her sister, June Law of Stuart, Florida; cousin, Dorothy Nisted of Sun City, Arizona; 6 grandchildren, Katie Crowe (Kevin), Brandon Ballou, Daniel Ballou, Cody Ellis (Jessica), Audra Tyler (Jaime), and Diana Ballou; 7 Great-grandchildren, 3 nieces, and one nephew.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00am on Friday, March 26, 2021 in the Rincon City Cemetery.
