Junior "LJ" Thomas Babcock, Jr.

Junior "LJ" Thomas Babcock, Jr.,14, born on December 15, 2009, in Savannah, Georgia, was a vibrant young soul whose light shone brightly until his passing on Friday, November 22, 2024. 

LJ had a passion for life that was evident in everything he did. He loved being outdoors, spending countless hours fishing, playing football and spending time with his loved ones. Fishing and being outdoors brought great joy to his life. With a talent for making jokes, LJ possessed an incredible ability to light up any room he entered, leaving a mark on everyone fortunate enough to know him. He was a beloved student at LifeSprings Christian Academy and a cherished member of Bloomingdale Fellowship. LJ was a wonderful soul who was loved deeply and will be missed dearly by all his family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Larry Floyd.

Survivors include his mother, Crystal Floyd; sister, Paige Collins (Jaden); grandmother, Debora Ennis (Alan); and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends that he considered family. 

A celebration of life honoring LJ will be held at a later date.
