Linda Gail Oglesby,66, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at her home. She was born on March 24, 1957, in Savannah, Georgia to the late Mitchell Lamb and Betty Jean Broxton Lamb of Richmond Hill. 

Throughout her life, Linda was known for her warm and caring nature. She dedicated herself to being a homemaker, creating a nurturing and loving environment for her family. Linda's unwavering love and kindness touched the hearts of everyone she encountered.

Linda enjoyed spending quality time with her family, cherishing every moment she had with them. She especially loved listening to music and playing with her beloved dog, Gracie. 

Linda is preceded in death by her father, Mitchell Lamb; and brother, Randy Lamb. 

Linda is survived by her loving husband of 36 years, Wendell Oglesby; mother, Betty Jean Lamb of Richmond Hill; and children, Noel B. Webb (Brandi) of Guyton, Dana Coleman (Jeremy) of Springfield, and Valerie Everett (Joel) of Springfield. 

Linda also leaves behind a cherished legacy through her siblings Donald Lamb (Barbara Jean) of Rincon and Michelle Mckuhen (Wille) of Rincon. Also the "Lights of her eyes"  her grandchildren, Garrett Coleman, Ansley Coleman, Carson Webb, Cohen Webb, Cydnee Webb, Anna Everett, Cole Everett; as well as her cousin, Anne Redd of Clyo; and a host of extended relatives and friends.

To honor Linda's memory a graveside service will be held at 11:00AM on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at Rincon Cemetery.
