Mary Ann Fogarty

Mrs. Mary Ann Fogarty, 76, passed away Monday, November 30, 2020, in Tifton, Georgia.

Mrs. Fogarty was born on July 13, 1944 in Conway, SC to Preston and Susan Long. She enjoyed watching game shows, doing word puzzles, fishing, and playing card games and board games. Above all she enjoyed spending time with her loving family.

Survivors include: her husband of 51 years, James Lee Fogarty; daughters, Deloris Watson (Wayman) of Tifton, Amey Purvis (Robert) of Springfield and Tammy Freeman (Thomas) of Eden; grandchildren, Jessica Frith (Carl), Douglas Boykin, Jr. (Brittany), Tyler Boykin (Jessica), Christopher Wilson (Katherine), Amanda Jimenez (Reinaldo), Brandon Wilson (Brittany), Christina English (Tyler), Robert Purvis, Jr.(Shandel), Leslie Heller, and Heather Lamb (Dallas); sister, Betty Fowler (Joseph) of East Palatka, FL; and a number of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A visitation for family and friends will be held at Riggs Funeral Home(1979 Highway 119 South, Guyton, Georgia 31312) on Thursday, December 3, 2020 from 5 to 7pm. A graveside services will be held on Friday, December 4, 2020 at 2pm in the Springfield Annex Cemetery(Ash Street, Springfield, GA 31329).
