Mrs. Debbie Mauro Steed

-Rincon- Mrs. Debbie Steed, 57, passed away Saturday, December 5, 2015 at Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Debbie was born in Pennsylvania and had lived in Effingham County for many years, she was the former owner of Classic Cuts and a member of Maranatha Assembly of God. She is preceded in death by her parents, Albert Mauro Sr. and Rosa Lee Mauro; brother, Albert "Al" Mauro and sister, Darlene Garrett. Survivors include her children, Eric William Malphus of Rincon, Courtney Fernandez of Pooler, Mandi Rowe of Clyo and Whitney Steed of Hilton Head; sister-n-law, Betty Jo Mauro of Silverhill and 7 grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Riggs Funeral Home on Monday, December 7, 2015 from 5 - 7 p.m. with services to follow at 7 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home.
