Mrs. Patricia Ann Lowry Moseley Feagin

-Springfield- Mrs. Patricia Ann Lowry Moseley Feagin, 71, passed away Monday, September 29, 2014 at Memorial Health University Medical Center. Mrs. Feagin was born in Thomas County, Georgia, but has lived in Effingham County for a number of years. She worked as a waitress for many years and cleaned houses after that. She was a member of the Rincon Church of God, where she attended the Bridge Builder Sunday School Class. Suvivors include: one son, John Allen Moseley of Wabash, IN; two daughters, Melinda Moseley Combs of Jacksonville, FL, Vonda Kaye Feagin of Indianapolis, IN; two brothers, Davy Flowers of Guyton, GA and Kenny Flowers of Moultrie,GA; two sisters, Debbie Flowers Thomas of Paw Paw, IL and Tina Flowers Crosby of Norman Park, GA; 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2014 from 6 - 8 p.m. at Riggs Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at Elam Egpyt Baptist Church on Thursday, October 2, 2014 at 1 p.m. with Mrs. Feagin lying in state one hour prior to services. Burial will follow in the Foy Cemetery (Elam Egypt Cemetery). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Bridge Builder Sunday School Class at Rincon Church of God,P. O.
