Russell Warren Neidlinger

-Springfield- Russell Warren Neidlinger, 80, passed away at Effingham County Extended Care Center on Tuesday, October 20, 2015. Mr. Neidlinger was a logger, was in the Air National Guard , a member of Springfield Masonic Lodge # 440 F&AM, and of the christian faith. He is preceded in death by his wife, Ethel Cavanah Neidlinger, parents, Mellie Lee and Thelma Neidlinger and 5 sibling, Mickey Neidlinger, Irma Thompson, Thomas Neidlinger, Robert Neidlinger and Ruby Lee Murray. Survivors include his two daughters, Pam Jones (Mike) of Guyton and Debra Howard (Winton) of Guyton and a number of grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Riggs Funeral Home on Friday, October 23, 2015 from 10 -11 a.m. with funeral services to follow at 11 a.m. in the chapel of the funeral home.
