Sally Cavanah

April 27, 1937 — August 7, 2016

-Rincon- Mrs. Sally Cavanah, 79, passed away Sunday, August 7, 2016 at Westview Nursing Home.

Mrs. Cavanah was a native of Effingham County, a teachers aid and a member of Guyton Christian Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Roger Cavanah; daughter, Janet Boyles and brother, Roy Saturday.

Survivors include: her son, Cary Cavanah (Glenda) of Rincon; sisters, Exie Graham Tenney (Bob) of South Carolina and Betty Dixon of Nashville, Georgia; son-in-law, Henry Boyles and sister-in-law, Barbara Saturday.

Visitation will be held at Riggs Funeral Home on Tuesday from 6 - 8 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday in the chapel of the funeral home at 11 a.m. Interment will be held in the Guyton Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to the American Diabetic Association, Westview Nursing Home or to Guyton Christian Church.
