-Guyton- Mr. Stanley Paul Hodges, 60, passed away Monday, March 13, 2017, at St. Joseph Hospital in Savannah, Georgia.
Mr. Stanley was born in Lorain, Ohio on February 7, 1957 to Carl T., Sr. and Norma Hodges. He lived in Effingham County for a number of years and worked as a Stevedore for Ports America.
He is preceded in death by his father, Carl T. Hodges, Sr.; son, Shane Hodges; and brothers Carl T. Hodges, Jr. and Danny Edward Hodges.
Survivors include his wife, Lisa Hodges; mother, Norma Hodges of Guyton; son, Joseph Hurst of Ellabell; daughter, Rita Morrow of Eden; step-sons, Edward Lewis of Brooklet and John Lewis, Jr. of Guyton; step-daughter, Brandy Cribbs of Brooklet; brother, Joseph Hodges of Guyton; sister, Patsy Williams of Rincon; grandchildren, Amber Hurst Morris of Guyton, Ashlyn Hurst of Guyton, Sierra Howard of Eden and Destiny Morrow of Eden; step-grandchildren, Cassie Cribbs of Brooklet, Jacob Lewis of Guyton and Lana Lewis of Brooklet; and great grandchildren, Sophie Morris and Skyler Morris of Guyton.
Visitation will be held at Riggs Funeral Home from 6 - 8 p.m. on Thursday, March 16, 2017.
