-Guyton- Mr. Terrence William Zearing, 44, passed away in Abingdon, MD on Thursday, September 15, 2022, surrounded by his family and loved ones.
Mr. Terrence was born on August 8, 1978, in Santa Ana, California and grew up in Orange, California. He then made Guyton his home of residence on and off for 25 years. Throughout his life, he has lived in Georgia, Colorado, and California.
In his free time, Terrence loved to fish, hunt, and go camping with his kids. He especially loved spending time with his very dysfunctional blended co-parenting family that he was very proud of and loved very much. He loved watching the Denver Broncos, Georgia Bulldogs and Los Angeles Angels and especially loved watching Bama Crimson Tide lose Lol! Terrence was a big jokester and loved to make people laugh. He loved Christmas and spending time making traditions with his family. He was a Christian and attended New Hope Christian Church and Savannah Christian church whenever he could.
He worked for Savannah Police department on the Expo team, was a Garden City Police Officer and worked for El Paso County Colorado Police Department as a police officer. He also served in the Army as an MP in Panama and Fort Stewart.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Anita Snyder Zearing; grandson, Braxton McKenzie; and granddaughter, Brynlee Westcott.
Survivors include: his wife, Julianna Zearing; daughters, Harmony Westcott and Kirsten Zearing; son Brayden Zearing; grandson, Riversyn Taylor Brown; father, Dennis Zearing; brother, Chris Zearing; nephew, Conner Zearing; and Ex-wife and mother of his children, Tiania Zearing – Berry.
Visitation will be held at Carlson and Riggs Funeral Home on Saturday, September 24, 2022, from 11am-12pm with a celebration of life to follow at 12pm in the chapel of the funeral home.
